spiritual awakening

Despite the iniatiation of my spiritual awakening a year ago, I'm not sure if I've made any process. Knowing that I need to connect with my inner self, knowing that I need to face previous unpleasant memories, knowing that I need to let go of what happened; doing is another matter. A psychic felt my pulse and told me, "you have to let go, you have to move on." The long painful process has been dragging for too long, and it's not helping. I shall get myself together.
